AQ is facilitating a 10-week employee mentoring program as part of a project with the Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group. This program is for neurodivergent employees working, or interested in working, in digital careers looking to:
- develop their identity within the digital workforce sector
- connect with other neurodivergent employees in a safe space
- explore strategies to overcome workplace barriers or challenges
- develop or improve connectedness with colleagues and/or those in their industry
- develop strategies to manage their wellbeing and increase self-confidence and self-
advocacy skills.
This form is for anyone wishing to participate in the Digital Workforce Mentoring Program. It includes background questions about you and asks you to select which day and time would work best to attend weekly, online sessions.
